Pages per sheet

Put 2, 4, 6 or 9 pages on one sheet to print less paper or review a document at a glance.

How to use it

1. Choose the PDF.
2. Pick pages per sheet and whether to draw a border around each.
3. Create the PDF and print as usual.

When it helps

• Print notes or slides in a compact format.
• Make a one-sheet overview of a long report.

Limitations

• With 6 or 9 pages per sheet the text gets small; check readability before printing many copies.
